Make the Most of Your Visit

1Seto Ohashi Tower

The 108m rotating observation tower offers 360-degree views of the bridge and the islands of the Seto Inland Sea. The cabin rotates as it ascends, so you see the entire panorama without moving.

2Night Illumination

The bridge is illuminated on weekends, holidays, and special occasions. Colors change seasonally — white, blue, green, rainbow. Check the schedule for the best experience.

3Train Crossing View

The bridge has two tiers — cars on top, trains below. Watch from the Memorial Park as JR trains cross the bridge. The Marine Liner from Takamatsu to Okayama is the most frequent.

4Memorial Park & Museum

The free park has a playground, fountains, and green spaces. The adjacent museum tells the bridge's construction story — a 9.4-year engineering feat completed in 1988.

5Bridge Crossing by Train

Ride the JR Marine Liner across the bridge for breathtaking views from inside the train. Sit on the left side (heading to Okayama) for the best sea and island views.

6Higashiyama Kaii Museum

Located near the Memorial Park, this museum showcases works by Higashiyama Kaii, one of Japan's most beloved painters, inspired by the Seto Inland Sea landscapes.
